Gluten Free Almond Cake
Gluten Free Almond Cake. Whisk well until completely incorporated and you get a smooth cake batter. To make the cake: Mix together the cake mix and almond flour.
In a small blender, blend the coconut sugar into a powder. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir well to combine. With the mixer on low, add in one egg at a time.
This moist and decadent cake is made using almond me al instead of flour and is one of my most popular cake recipes.
Add dry ingredients in two parts, alternating with milk.
Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and beat with a whisk until the yolks and egg whites have blended together. Whisk in the Canola Oil, then the Orange Juice and Zest. Allow the orange cake to cool completely before removing it from the cake tin.
