Combine the oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg; gradually beat into banana mixture until blended.
Do not pack the flour into the cup.
Add dry ingredients (almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon) to the bowl with the wet ingredients, mixing well to combine. Whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, oil, honey and vanilla.
