Gluten Free German Chocolate Cake. In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. In a small mixing bowl, beat together just the egg whites until they are very frothy.
Prepare cake according to box directions, combining both mixes. Add the oil, water, eggs, and vanilla to the chocolate. Add all the cake ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix well on medium speed until nice a creamy.
Stir these together until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
Frost tops of cakes, and enjoy! gluten-free.
Melt chocolate, cocoa/cacao butter and butter together and set aside to cool. Add the oil, water, eggs, and vanilla to the chocolate. Combine almond flour, coconut flour, granulated sweetner, salt and baking soda.
