Instant Pot Chocolate Cheesecake. Clean the crust residue out of the food processor. Remove cheesecake crust from freezer and pour batter into pan.
Add in sour cream and mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix. Cover cheesecake with foil, and place on trivet. Once the ganache sets, slice and serve the dessert.
