Enjoy the tropical flavors of Hawaii with this delicious frozen cake. Prepare the whipped cream: beat the whipped cream and sugar in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form. Remove the carton and, using a piece of string or dental floss, cut the ice cream in half lengthwise (long side to long side) and place the two layers.
Spread evenly with half of the hot fudge topping, then half of the whipped topping.
Keep unused portion covered and frozen.
Once it's all put together, wrap the plastic wrap over it tightly and set it. Blend cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in a large bowl until moistened. Put the middle piece of cake back on top of the ice cream layer.
